      Purpose of the Role

      The role of the Region Capabilities Lead is to own and advance the region capability agenda. They are a critical part of the ongoing mission to upskill our DSD retail teams & deliver our strategic objectives. They are the key link between the Retail Ecosystem and the field teams, supporting the build and overseeing the implementation of key strategic capability programs, for example:

      • Merchandising Excellence
      • Order Writing Excellence
      • Selling Skills
      • Managing for High Performance - RMSs & DMs

      The Region Capabilities Lead is also responsible for identifying capability opportunities within the region and partnering with retail managers to implement plans to deliver improved business results through capability-building.

      Main Responsibilities:

      Manage region-wide capabilities agenda & priorities Manage training programs to successful implementation and certifications of completion & proficiency. Collaborate with center of excellence on capability program building & content development Provide oversight & governance for onboarding process within the region. Support RVP on identifying capability gaps & closing to drive key business results. Work with CBTs & customers to update customer-centric capability agenda. Support capability tool development. Update & maintain coaching tools & resources for retail field managers.


      Career Experiences Required

      Bachelor’s degree preferred 3-5 years of experience, including a strong sales background, training & capability experience is highly preferred 40% overnight travel required Successful completion of drug test, MVR check & general background check
